Standing 23" tall the lamp can be turned on and off by touching the base. This also controls the 3 power settings.

What makes this lamp so wonderful is the shade. In a brass metal framework are 6 panels of glass. Each panel has a picture of a polar bear cub. The diameter of the shade is 14" so this is a nice size lamp.

The lamp uses 3 15-watt bulbs which are included.

The lamp shown has a polished brass finish. It is also available in: Antique Brass, and Pewter (black chrome).
